Help For Gudiya

Care Today appeals to citizens for contributions.

Gudiya being taken for treatment at AIIMS.

A 5-year-girl raped and brutalised in New Delhi ignited protests across the country. That was a month ago. The protests have died down, and her family is left to fend for itself.
Gudiya struggles to recover without adequate medical care. Her family struggles with ostracisation and practical penury. Today she lies in a hostel attended to only by her mother. The rest of her family is kept away. Does she get the food, medical care that she is advised to recuperate? The answer is no. Worse, her family has nowhere to stay. They don't want to return to the place where they lived earlier because of the barbs directed at them.
The netas, who forgot this little girl after using her as a political pawn, may still be keeping mum. But we decided Gudiya will not be forgotten. We, at India Today Group, highlighted how Gudiya and her family have been abandoned. And now, we ask you to do your bit.

Here’s how you can help: Care Today has taken the initiative to help channel all offers of help to Gudiya's family. She needs post-operative care that her family simply can't afford with her father out of a job.
